Odia M-14 Trident Manufacturing
I would propose we open the trident manufacturing mission at Odia M-14. After all, it is Corvus that is manufacturing them in M-7. Instead of manufactured, maybe the trident mission in Odia M-14 can be stated that once you bring all the parts needed to build one, they just give you one that is newly built, and already delivered and parked in Odia M-14.
Also, it would give a new dynamic to trident building until the new tridents are available(which i presume will be available to build or purchase at the designated capitols). Odia M-14 is not a safe place so I would imagine most people still opting to build it at Latos M-7 anyways. It would be cool if this were an option.
It's actually really cool that this is a possibility now.

+1 interesting idea
+1 as long as it's an either / or scenario. I'd hate to have to move all those stolen parts I have already stockpiled at M7 :)

I have no objection to this, but if it is done, I think it should apply to all capital stations, not just M14. Further, I would argue that if this is done, that the S&P models should only be manufacturable in their respective nation capitals thereby further restricting ships available to Serco and Itani, while UIT could have the option of building either. Sort of a tat for tit to the prom valk exclusivity.

Shamelessly bumping this up...
What Fluffy said.
I think clumping this request with the request for the S and P tridents to be manufacturable in Serco and Itani space is way too much to ask for.
Furthermore, I would say allowing any tridents to be built in Serco or Itani space would be dumb at the moment considering that all of the other components would need to be manufactured in greyspace at the moment.
Once again, I think it would be too much to ask for them to release manufacturable missions for all the other components in their respective nation stations.
Adding this capability to Odia M-14 seems like its going in the direction that the devs wish to go. This will allow for trident manufacturing to instantly become a bit more dynamic, which is MUCH needed. And this could literally be done by someone in the PCC. It would be that easy to create it.

I won't let this die until there is some meaningful discussion on the topic
Capitol stations are *not* Shipyards stations. They should not in any capacity have the ability to manufacture/hold/make convenient the Tridents currently in progress. They are there to provide an established Capship with repairs, load up cargo, and change weapon loadouts.
Right now there is only one Shipyards station (Latos M-7) and stations of this type should not be as common as Capitol stations.
The reason why you're not getting meaningful discussion on this topic is because it won't help anything in the near term, and to a certain extent, even the long term. It's just not worth it right now.
And this could literally be done by someone in the PCC. It would be that easy to create it.
So go join the PCC and do it. If it's as easy as you say.

Constantly prodding a topic won't make it any better of a suggestion as before.

I very much agree with Kierky here, Capitol stations are meant for pilots to dock safely and rest, whilst providing a very large range of services- kinda just like all the other station types rolled into one.
There is a reason why the shipyards are as big as they are, as they have one and only one purpose: to manufacture Capital Ships. Similarly for all the other "secret" stations. Moving the manufacturing missions to a capitol would simply make the other stations redundant.
