Would the indicators show only when players are targetted?

Might also make sense to put the indicators on ourselves (on the hud somewhere) for those times when we think everyone else is lagging but it's really us.

It would be nice to get a jitter measurement for our own charecters, and I can see the benifets of seeing other people's. I only worry that if you are about to be pirated, some of these players would rather just kill you if they think you are on a less than stellar connection.

Thank goodness Ill be on a home connection soon, and won't have to worry about it myself.
