Upgrade low visual quality ion storms/fogged sectors
A common question in the current age of mobile devices:
Why is everything green/blue?
The default graphical settings on most mobile devices make ion storms and fogged sectors a flat color, leading to the perception that something is wrong.
I'd like to suggest that something be done to try and improve the visuals of ion storms or fogged sectors when graphics quality is lower to help make it apparent that what is being seen isn't a problem with the game.

The devs have told me in the past that the glowy ion balls really cripple fill-rate limited devices. I have no idea why they can't just make it a quality option like the glow effect and LOD levels though. There's a lot of phones and tablets out there now with way better GPUs than my laptop's ancient GMA950, but it still has to render the ion balls by virtue of being a "PC"
The fog isn't really a flat color, even on mobile, but it's hard to tell the subtle differences in the fog layers on a fingerprint-smeared glare-inflicted touchscreen.
