I don't really see any point to another revenant unless it is to improve it's combat capability- which it has been repeatedly demonstrated that the rev 3 is a very good combat ship for players that can fly it well.

As far as some personnel carrier, I think the EC class is more appropriate. And a variant might be suggested for that class.

Turrets wouldn't be an issue. Just give it 1 L port and 2 turrets: one on each of the nobbies on each side. ;)
