Allow us to rename any ship type (not just ones with turrets).

Also, allow the ship name to be visible to all players, not just the owner. Maybe appended to the ship type name.

ALSO a way to see how a ship is equipped when it is visible in the cargo loading screen. Otherwise when loading a trident I don't know which rag has the reps or jacks.
