Following up on the local mission only option, the combat mission tab should be categorized in the same way trade missions are. Catagories could include 'Training', 'Hive Skirmish', 'Military', 'Escort' types among whatever others are needed.

-1. I don't want to dock and navigate through a mission framework just to find out of there even are any hive skirmishes at a given station. That would be retarded.

To add on to this, if a certain mission didn't exist (ie. Hive), then that category wouldn't appear. Of course for that to be useful the missions would have to populate faster than they currently do. I'd be happy with the current mission layout if you guys could fix the 5 minute loading period.

Fair enough and I wouldn't be making this suggestion if it wasn't for the ridiculous loading period. I notice it particularly at Geira O4, where I log on and repeatedly refresh the combat mission list only to watch the first couple of cycles show missions that I'm sure aren't even listed on the final result. I also don't like the separation of the Fighter mission from the rest of the Military missions (which was the second reason I made the OP).
