Allow the manufacture of a turret that could be used to equip small or large port weapons.

Equip a port turret in a station and you could then equip a large port or small port weapon in the turret.

Advantages: Allow more variety and less predictabilty in the capabilty of turret equipped ships.

Would still allow cooperative play and better defensive capabilities to gunner operated turrets.
