When you have laid a minefield in a sector it would be nice to be able to define specific target for the mines regardless of the standing of mine layer. (Ability to target neutral or friendly or to ignore a foe)
Limitation to the sector where the mine field is.
/minefield add target [playername / faction / guild]
/minefield ignore target [playername / faction / guild]
/minefield targetlist

I think you should be able to set this sort of thing when the mines are launched, but maybe not change it after the fact.

Can we get customize-able targeting for our ships first though? :(
