If you have a high standing with a nation/faction and let a player hated with that faction dock with your Capship you should lose some standing points.
Penalties like killin' CtC bots fer example in greyspace/unmonitored sector, and more in monitored space.

I agree in the scenario that you are carrying said hated player within that nations or sub factions space.

Not so much anywhere else. CTC is an anomaly in VO since you can kill any escort outside it's monitored space without penalty. Once that's fixed, I might find the full OP believable.

You already do lose standing for killing CtC ships, even in unmonitored space.

You lose minor standing. Inevitable asked for major standing.

The faction hit for ctc was -10 per ship if I remember correctly.
