Military Ships
Rather than thread hijacking, I'll state this opinion in a new thread.
I am opposed to ship trading for high end Itani and Serco ships in the current state of VO. I agree with comments elsewhere that would allow the trade or theft of such ship provided there are consequences attached.
That said, I'd like to see these ships restricted further to only military personnel that have achieved an minimum rank. And with such limitation, I would like to see UIT who join a military and perform service and attain rank be able to purchase the better ships. After all, you can't get the mining behemoths without doing a ton of mining and selling.
Since the military aspect of VO is currently just a place holder for something that will hopefully eventually be much better, I see this as a long term goal.
I fully support the current ship exclusion, however, if GS is being hurt by it in player retention then I am not going to object too loudly if it get's rolled back until the game is more prepared.
