Just something simple like:
Your owner key: "blah blah" for Pelatus C-12 has been deactivated.
The user key: "blah" for Latos I-8 has been re-activated.

Also, these permissions really should "stick" between captures. Having to re-check these boxes in the middle of a battle has caused more than a few friendly casualties.

Why only owner keys?
People with users should know when a station is retaken and their key is now active. Otherwise this kind of defeats the point of it.
