For what you need to get it, it seriously is in need of a buff.

Rep MkII doesn't really offer much advantage over normal Repair Modules because they're both limited by the charge rate of the power cell.

Right now there isn't much difference at all between the MkII and standard Repair Modules (in fact, I rarely even bother with MkIIs since hauling them is such a pain).

Compare the current stats:

Repair Module (Current Stats)
Repairs: 400-3400
Velocity: 200m/s
Charge Rate: 60/sec
Grid Usage: 4
Mass: 2400 kg

Repair Module MkII (Current Stats)
Repairs: 400-3400
Velocity: 200m/s
Charge Rate: 75/sec
Grid Usage: 4
Mass: 2400 kg

The only difference in stats currently is the charge rate: 60/s vs 75/sec. Both consume 123 units of energy to charge one shot (123 is the guild id of EMS, coincidence? O_o). The standard Repair Module takes approximately 2.4 seconds to charge a shot, the MkII takes approximately 1.8 seconds.

The only reason this needs a buff now is because there are things that take a long ass time to repair now. Previously the mk2 was totally sufficient.

I'd prefer a new repair module geared towards repairing capships and turrets.
