Scale Up Stations

Just make them 4x as big, they really do need to be able to accommodate a large amount of ships, and even making modifications to select stations to accommodate Capital Ships.

Enough to interact with the station, load up ships, unload ships/cargo, pick up /gunners (without a ship), but not change out of your cappie.

-1. That would be an incredibly stupid thing to do. Nothing wrong with making bigger stations, but they need to be designed to be big in the first place. Just scaling them up like a n00b would do more harm than help.

Also, we're talking about 3d objects. Making them 4x as big would only be a 50% increase along each dimension. What you meant to say is make them 64x as big (a 4x increase along each dimension).

They'd just look ugly if you did that. I'd rather see them add more modules instead.

Aye ARF, especially for stations in UIT space. With an entire population in space, its stations would become sprawling affairs over time, often looking like they were made from scrap, since they'd likely have been added onto in an ad hoc manner.

+1 to everyone else and as Incarnate already plans on doing this... I would suggest making the stations visually distinct based on their function/nation as opposed to all of them being incredibly similar.

They're actually already visually distinct at the national level, in terms of how the stations are put together at least. Wouldn't hurt to differentiate the individual assets themselves though.
