And add some bounty hunters npc who would destroyed someone with hate on a faction
To be discussed i would no be opposed if BH npc was reserved for minor factions low standing.

Make bh npcs going from station to station.

I do miss being hailed 'I've got a target with your name on it budd" back from freelancer days.
