Hybrid drain blaster
An option for those who want some form of drain capability but don't want to sacrifice a whole weapon slot.
Damage: 250
Drain: 20
Velocity: 160
Energy: 11/blast
Delay: 10 sec
Mass: 200kg
Grid: 6

It's virtually useless. 50 drain per shot at 11 energy is rubbish, then you've got the speed which makes it ineffective in ship to ship combat.
This, this, this and this is what we should be doing with our draining weapons.
Instead everyone's deciding that the devs got the initial 'balance' of the power cell blaster right. Well newsflash, they didn't get it right, it's not a good use of the mechanic at all. Everyone yells "OP!" when I suggest an implementation that would be useful, but I defy anybody to actually incorporate this suggestion or the current PCB into regular combat loadouts that are more effective than just using a second damage weapon; it's a waste of a port.
