Most players just use a plugin for this like Targetless, but it seems like the kind of feature that wouldn't be too terribly hard to implement.

Add hot keys [1 thru 0] for the top 10 entries in the /toplist screen. The game already has this for the /jettison screen.

Sorry, yeah. It's done as in implemented and tested. It's a client patch, so it'll come with the next release.
