Winning Deneb cappies should go where they say
After you win a deneb battle the cappies fly to either o-3 if serco wins and b-12 if itani wins.
Of course they don't actually arrive, but they should! and a massive battle should ensue for about 10 minutes (and THEN they warp back to "regroup, aka disappear" if they are still alive). The itani fleet should of course go to GO O-4.

And NFZ should be dismantled for shooting the enemy since you're military.
