Right after you conquer a station, the first thing the person who docked has to do is quickly grant access to everyone on their "team" so the turrets don't prevent them from trying to defend the newly captured station.

That poor bastard has to type everybody's name exactly as it appears in the game, without being able to look at the group and guild lists or chat history into the modal key dialog that pops up when you try to give a user or owner key.
