So I was thinking if..say..a reg moth with dual proxys fully loaded could make a bigger boom..more ammo ya no..and if u were to kill a player with a tu mine it would be a really big boom..just a thought.more explosive ammo bigger the boom

While I admit it would be amusing sometimes to see one side in a fight caught up in a huge blast because of what the loser's ship was carrying. Amusing when it happens unexpectedly. However such a mechanism could be highly exploitable if someone were to load their ship (either ports or cargo) with explosive ordinance, bind the /explode command to a key, fly up to a target and then suicide.
If you don't mind dying for a cause then you could do a lot of damage to an enemy if this were eliminated. No more need to stack missiles to deshield a solo queen, just load a centaur with 48cu of missiles rockets and /explode it, you'll deshield and kill a queen (and probably much tougher vessels too) in one simple action. (Reasoning: It takes 2xGemini + 2xSwarms to deshield a queen (and do 15% hull damage too) a centaur could carry 10 times that as cargo so if even only 25% of the cargo exploded along with the ship it would be enough to kill a queen or deshield a terradon.)

I actually think this is a good idea and it might lend some explanation to why the weapon doesn't drop. It detonated! :D
It wouldn't be too exploitable if you restricted it to only equipped weapons and not addons in the cargo hold. Its safe to assume weapons-as-cargo aren't going to explode since they always drop as a cargo crate when you die.
Add the blast only for addons that didn't drop as cargo, and maybe some kind of chance roll (10%?) for each shot left. This way when your ship goes boom, there's a chance each remaining Concussion Mine or Sunflare Rocket will blow up.
Reminds me of the Volatile Ammo mutator from UT99. :)
