If another player..mod..or dev (highly unlikely) would give me permission I'll host the greater northwest vo-con. Maybe rent a banquet hall at the casino and we can play host to showing off VO. Even if it wasnt a legit vo-con we could still get together to promote VO. I dunno..maybe just have a VO party. Bring I'd!! My buddy has a pool some of you could snorkel in. I'll throw a turtle in for effect!;)

Hmmm I guess I was wrong, there's the word pare that means to trim off/prepare the steak before you cook it but yeah essentially the jist of a damn good rib eye is to sauce it up nicely with olive oil then rub in some kosher salt and pepper it to your desire then you let it sit at room temp for a decent amount of time before throwing it on a searing hot grill as to get it to brown before you start cooking the insides too much, if you cook a steak*specially lean cuts* beyond medium rare you've wasted a good steak and you might as well have purchased a crappier cut of meat.

I'd contend that a steak is still excellent at medium to medium well.

Contend all you like, it's just wrong to overcook a steak like that. I once walked out on a date who ordered her filet well done.
