Can we please make kills in an 88 count towards buskills? At least then we'll occasionally have a reason to fly our hard earned specialty boat...

Though I already have a reason to fly it - before I had one, whenever we did buswars Nahin's 88 always looked so freaking smug sitting there not being dead, and looking different from all the surrounding 89s. I would make it my personal goal to kill that stupid 88. So now I try to inspire those same feelings of frustration in the other bus-warriors with my own 88.

Actually, I use an 88 to explode-o-port a lot. Does that count as a reason to fly one?

Yeah, Rin hit the nail on the head. I want to bus-war in it, lookin' all "1337" and stuff, but don't want to sacrifice my bus-kills...

The badge text said kills in 88s were supposed to count toward the badge, and they didn't; I reported it as a bug and the devs removed the part of the text saying 88s did, instead of making 88s count. <.<

EDIT: I too thought momerath had fixed this some time ago...

(For the record, my bus-hunter badge in the game says 88 as well, so it's not just an out-of-date wiki entry. Though it could be that only people who get a new bus-hunter badge get the updated text?)

The count on the character page, OTOH, does only reference the 89.

The devs attempted a fix on this, but apparently there is more than one instance of the ec-88 or something:
