Make it a statue of James Armand, but make it look like Incarnate.

With all this negativity and "self-righteously embittered douchebaggery" we need something showing how much we love our devs. I'm sure the PCC wouldn't mind doing it. I mean, they've been doing this for a fucking 15 YEARS (Including the testing phase) they deserve a statue in their own game, if not a "Sir" in front of their names. What do you guys think?

i would say +1 if there wasnt already a character in game named james armand who is a douchebag. So -1.
