I am currently a Premium User that is quite in fact inlove with Vendetta Online and tend to maintain my support for as long as it remains open.
I've noticed that a while back, I created a character by the name of Xalthran that was never evolved from a Trial Account, I also forgot the email I had used for the character, nonetheless that was some time ago and when returning to Vendetta Online when I got my bills caught up and was able to pay for recreation, Xalthran was still taken.
My main inquiry is of this;
After being inactive for a distant amount of time, why could there not be email varications stating their inactivity (let's say roughly a year or so), why actions were not made by the user, the account be closed?
The reasoning concern of my inquiry is because I would find it further enjoyable and comforting with a name I find most suitable for Vendetta Online, in my case, the name Data for example. The name Data to me would make my experience more enjoyable, resulting in further contribution and support witlist; I will remain said supporter irregardless. If this is the case, would there be the real consideration of the possibility to look into said name or account, contact user and make that character name available?
I would highly, gratefully appreciate it if you could consider and elaborate making this possible.

Character accounts, trials or not, keep their character names irrespective of how long ago.
You'll probably need to dig up your emails.

I think the devs did actually free up a bunch of old names a few months ago. I don't think they've set it up to be automatic yet though.
