Nice one, TheRedStool. I agree with Droolent1. Stuff should at least hint as to what you need to unlock it. At least enough to make clear whether it's a badge or a mission or something else that you need, even if it doesn't say explicitly which one.

OTOH, I suppose it's possible that there could eventually be multiple ways to unlock things, in which case the more vague statement makes sense.
