I think the svg should be lowered, you need to offer the lite's a taste of decent equip if you want them to feel the need to pony up to a full sub and get valks/proms/moths/guns that matter.

SVG/IBG/WTD fit this bill

Look at your player graph escalating consistently since iPad release (= more & more Lite subs). Give them a carrot they can chew on within their level cap, whichever nation they chose. If you must homogenize license requirements, make all 3 ships (IBG, WTD, SVG) require 3/3/3/-/-.

And furthermore, a subject for another thread: IMHO you should raise the level cap of lite subs. 4's aren't offensive, 5's are even better: Since max necessary levels in vo are 10/10/10/13/10, Lite subs would FEEL like half-max, even tho xp per next level is more Fibonacci-style. If you don't want Lite subs grinding manufacturing of capship parts, then increase the trade requirement of those missions to 6 or even 9 (since you need an XC to deliver some components anyway, no hardship on full-sub manufacturers).

That graph is looking incredible.

Do something soon; as it stands Serco Lite subs are at a big disadvantage, unable to access their fighter!

Ok, I have reduced the SVG to 3/3 in Serco space, with the same Serco standing requirements.
