Powercells are currently *the* limiting factor for damage output of all the weapons in the game.

For those who don't know: the UC cell is unlocked at the "gold" mentor level of 40 positive mentor ratings. There is only one current player I know of who has attained this. The secondary market on UCs is much greater. The HFC's one saving grace is the lack of license requirements, making it a newbie-friendly gift that is not that difficult to acquire. It is true this cell is out-classed by the UC.

I wouldn't mind if the Extreme Drain cell had a 52 charge rate.

There is definitely more than 1 person with gold mentor rating. I'd say at least 5, although I only know for sure of 2. It only takes about 40 hours to get if you make the trial accounts and get light 3 or mining 3 quickly. Compared to some of the other badges thats nothing.
