A lot of the screenshots, video, and demo recordings used to promote the game showcase the graphics, but not so much the gameplay.

Instead of using so many scripted NPC arrangements like the ones used in the Android demo recording and Kickstarter video, why not record some PvP events or visually intensive parts of the actual game like Hive Skirmish or Border Skirmish missions?

I'm sure it wouldn't be too hard to find a few willing players to light up a HAC with Avalons or attack a station for some real gameplay-based promotional material. I'd do it.

Actually, the KS video does have quite a bit of Border and Hive Skirmish footage in there.

Is it possible to use the recordings to playback from a different ship's perspective than the one who recorded it? Might be cool to do that at Nation War.
