Allow /explode while docked with capships
When docked with a capship (NOT just a gunner) you should be allowed to use /explode while not inside a turret. It would result in the normal countdown, interrupted if you undock, repair, reload, or enter a turret. When it reaches zero, your ship would be destroyed and the capital ship would be damaged, ignoring any shields it might have. The amount of damage should be rather larger than you'd get if you /exploded right outside an unshielded capship as well, since you're on the inside the armor. Even if the interior of the docking bay has just as much armor as the main hull (to guard against accidents more than terrorism), it's still a much more confined space.
Not sure exactly how much damage. I'm leaning toward 20% of a Trident, and 5% of a Connie, and 3% of a HAC.
If you do this to an NPC ship, you should get your docking permissions with that particular ship permanently revoked, even after leaving the sector, so that you can't abuse this to kill "friendly" capships.

LOL that would be funny. But the enemy wouldn't let you dock, so useless.
They might not know you're the enemy, or you might not have been the enemy at the time you were allowed to dock.
There should be an element of trust in allowing somebody to dock (and consequently, another motivation to corrupt people). As it is now, letting me dock doesn't have any negative consequences to a capship owner, only positive consequences to me (well, I could try hogging a turret port, but they can just kick me out if I do). They don't risk anything by allowing me to dock.
The game should allow subterfuge like this. It is a sandbox game, after all. My ship is under my control, not some Trident owner's, and if I want to explode it while docked, I should be able to.
I would not be very averse to having it display a warning to the Trident owner and other docked parties during the countdown, however.

unless that action causes you to go to -1000 standing with the faction of the cap ship owner.
