Create an option for players with <= Combat 3 that allows them to post their mission instructions, and current mission status to channel 1 so that players attempting to help have a clearer picture of what's going on for the new player when offering advice.

Maybe this should be an additional feature for the /mentor functionality that's already in the game? Might give newbs more incentive to actually look for a mentor too.
