As people explained to you in the thread you so graciously linked, there is no reason *every* member of a multinationalist guild needs to be able to dock in every station all the time while having access to all military ships and equipment they prefer. Even members of the multinationalist guilds you're arguing so vehemently to "protect" disagree with you.

I asked Incarnate a specific question referring to a statement he made in this thread; the general discussion about faction changes takes place elsewhere and it would be grotesque to repeat this in detail in another thread.
