Make training weapons available for sale at nation capitols.
These weapons already exist, but you cant buy them anywhere.
Make Training Neutron Blasters, Training Gatling Turrets, and Training Sunflare Rocket Launchers available for sale at nation capitols.
The only one of these you can actually get in-game currently is the Training Neutron Blaster, which only drops from Dentek Collectors in the newbie sectors.
