Add POV look binds when Mouselook is disabled.
This has been suggested before, but I'm going to bring it up again since those threads are old.
A lot of other flight sim games I've played have had keys you can bind (usually to a joystick's POV hat, where it got it's name...) that let you look up, left, right, and back without changing the direction you're flying or aiming. Currently we have no way to do that outside holding +turbo and using mouselook. This sucks if you fly with a joystick, since you have to take your hands off the controls to switch to the mouse in order to do it.

POV binds should be available regardless of whether mouselook is enabled/disabled since with mouselook on you still cannot look around freely (unless you are in turbo).
Would also allow support for things like TrackIR

Also, if this gets implemented, make sure it can be bound to both buttons *and* joystick axes. Some platforms (like Linux) expose joystick POV hats as an analog axis even though they're not analog.
+1 The same binds could control camera angle in 3rd person follow mode
