Finding the "I want purchase game time" is not obvious. This game has been around for many years and yet i had to research space games to find it, sad. Posting to the forum even was a semi challange. I have played the game for 7 hrs, and found it interesting enough to want to purchase a month but how the F do i do it?
oh my god are u seroius, send your sale and marketing people back to school. there are very good aspects to this game but u really need to make this easier to purchase. I have a GED and could run circles around your marketing (i would like to say team but cannot image a greater failure). If you are interested in improving you marketing and initail player experiance please feel free to contact me.

Hmm, well I found it over 8 years ago, no issues at all, just stuck space game linux into old google, and right there on happypengiun she be. Infact, the generic search terms "space game mmo" or "space game android" both get first page results on google. The dev team is small and does what it can. they do ok too, see http://mashable.com/2011/02/24/verizon-xoom-ad/

The *finding buying game time* is valid though, the billing options link in the sidebar here on the site is the only way currently, and it might not be that obvious to everyone. Putting something inside the game client itself was discussed in the past, but like a lot of things it seems to have fallen off the radar. Even if it was just a clickable link that took you to the billing page via your default browser.

Anyway, welcome to VO.

I'm not sure what the difficulty is. Finding the subscription options on the website is actually easier than in some other high-profile MMOGs. Android users even have the bonus of being able to press a button from in-game to open a web-browser for purchasing time.

Yes and no. The obvious location for it to be is in the nav bar where all the links are, which is exactly where it is. Unfortunately, the nav bar uses a craptacular (or perhaps I should say CAPtacular) font that makes it annoying to read, and the billing link is 2/3 of the way down. So you have to put more effort into finding it than you should.

If you still haven't found it, here's a hint: It's the third link above the "Forums" link.

Oh, fyi: using 'u' instead of 'you' makes you look like either a preteen girl, or a middle-aged failure trying desperately to be as hiptastic as people like me. If the latter is the case, you're doing it wrong.

Again, Yes and no, if you are not logged in, the site doesn't display the link. Of course, login should be the first thing you do on a website like this, but yeah.

If you wanted to buy the game, then the marketing was a success.

The game already provides a notice as trial time is running out. A link to the subscription page from there would work.

The OP isnt the only one to report trouble finding the subscription area.

Perhaps if the Player account pages were in a separate and distinct box with a bit of enlargement It might be easier to find for some.

Eula and ROC could/should be moved down with the Faq and support links

(Also change password should be a part of the player account page imho)

A lot of site keep a link to the main account page near the top along with a login box

Logout should also be grouped closer to the account info

<shrug> I have no sense of style so feel feel to ignore this

Yep, but letting people actually buy it easier would be a good move too. Don't get me wrong, I agree about the marketing thing.

If registering, logging in, posting to the forum, and "Billing Options" were too complex for you to figure out, you may want to see about getting a refund for that GED.
