The EXTREEM cell is too hard to get. WAY to hard. Also, it isn't very good because it has 5 grid power. I think it should have 10 grid power so it can be used on an IBG or Raptor. I think this is a good idea because the ship that is most used with a heavy cell is a hornet or a rag. Also, it can't be used with a Valk or Prom because of its lack of grid power. Also, It would be cool to have it Infiniturbo because it is too hard to get and it is also needs some praise because it has more potential than it is given. The missions to get the EDPC are a lot easier if you use a repair module. As far as the power cell itself, I included it as a reward because it was low-hanging fruit, and was moderately use-able. Regarding potential stat adjustments, I like the ones proposed in this thread.
