I was thinkin the sting rays would be a bit more usefull if there was a prox fused version

Manueverability would stay just as poor
Perhaps with admired standing required and Heavy 6 licencse

That would make it more useful.I'd reduce the heavy weps license to 4, that would make it a good stepping stone towards swarms.
