adjust price for TU mines.
1,000,080c is an outrageous price for something that can be only used one time, reload prices are crazy
Avalons are 5k per reload and deal more damage than the mines. Maybe 100,00k is somewhat reasonable?
Plus 7/8 out of the VO population probably haven't made these yet, this price may discourage these from being manufactured

Actually the price is not why we dont make them - its their lack of usefullness. They only last a few minutes and only if you remain in the sector.
+1 Make them cheaper to reload.
They last 30 minutes, which isn't too bad and they would make a pretty good defensive armament for a Trident Type M if they didn't suck. The reasons I don't use them are as follows:
1. Lack of group-aware IFF. This affects all mines, but is especially a problem with the TU and Lightning Mines, since it renders them tactically useless.
2. Insufficient damage. For a weapon that is heavy, expensive, and only gets a single shot, the fact that it will only kill light fighters is a bit of a problem, especially when used as a one-shot defensive weapon on a capital ship. Someone bombing you in a Ragnarok really has nothing to worry about if you drop a TU mine.
3. Price. 1M to reload is ridiculous, though we work around this with free reloads at the conquerable stations.

+1 for 1,000,079.99c TU mines.
I'd prefer more than one shot (maybe say... 3?) over decreased reload price (but wouldn't complain if they ran a special at Nukes-R-Us and they were 250k per mine) and match or surpass the damage to the avalons' new 15k. 3 mines at 20k damage would match the potential of a tube of Avalons.
+1 for group members not triggering mines.

+1 for revamping mines in general.
I'll look at them, and see what I can do purely through editing the addon (probably on Friday, right now I'm most reading long contracts and sending emails).
Mine changes of broader scope are a good idea. Although I'd like to get factional stuff done first.

Lecter, don't you mean 999,999.95c plus tax?
