Sell Vendetta's Game Engine To SWTOR
I'm only half kidding.
They need space combat that doesn't suck. You need everything else. Match made in heaven!
On a side note, it's funny how 4 guys from Wisconsin can create a better flight model for space combat than a gigantic production team with a 300 million dollar budget.

Well, apparently Guild Software did put their proprietary NAOS engine out in the marketplace for licensed use awhile back. Or were planning to, at least. Come to think of it, I wonder if they've been approached with any offers yet?
We've had some interest. Some of which was pretty strong. Still, it isn't something we're pushing that strongly yet.
Funny about SWTOR, but on the other hand they are carrying a whole burden of expectations when it comes to flight models and things, from the movies and prior games, so it's not like they could start from scratch the way we did. I would imagine it works kinda like old X-Wing or Tie Fighter?

I liked the "WGAF" acronym for the engine, everytime I visited the vo wikipedia page it made me chuckle a little bit.
Its unfortunately accurate... and hilarious!

+1. I play SWTOR from beta and think that VO engine would fit awesome for space battles in SWTOR and will provide logical space duels between players.
@Inc: It's not even that. It's a sad little rail shooter that strongly resembles StarFox. You can even "Do a barrel roll!". Vendetta's flight model is worlds ahead of them.
Whoa, it's a rail shooter? That's really disappointing. Even Jump To Lightspeed (SWG) was supposedly a real flight system.
Well, anyway, on the upside apparently the entire rest of SWTOR is pretty awesome, or so I keep reading.

well, in SWTOR, you don't even need to barrel roll (it's pretty easy, hold space bar by default), just work with the mouse and hold left button. At the moment, proper ship updates make the work done almost in every situation.
That certainly sounds pretty awesome.

tarenty, you certainly need to play SWTOR before open your mouth
