The War Convoy of Serco

No matter what ship you're in, if you jump from Jallik E-15 to Edras I-2, the Constellation is right on top of the WH, and before the animation ends, you die. It's insane.

I don't propose moving it or reducing the power of them, but introduce the PLAYER_ENTERED_SECTOR only when the animation ENDS..

I guess it's about 3 or 4 seconds after the current event triggers?

That would make invading unfriendly nation spaces much easier. Missile turrets that fire before you have control of your ship are evil.

It's supposed to be a BLOCKADE.

Counter suggestion: Make the Itani blockade in Ukari more effective. Serco have an easy way around via Helios.

Why not also make the fighters attack anyone who shouldn't be passing through the blockade.

+1 draugath. Have 'em kill everything that isn't part of the blockade. Itani, Serco, UIT, random XX convoys, everything. Make it a real blockade. Nobody in, nobody out.

+1 to OP, only because dying before you even have control of your ship sucks. WOuld make my time in nation space soo much easier.

+make a blockade of the ukari/helios wh as well, so the smurfs will quit whining, or blow 'em a new wh in 'em smurf space. : p

-1 to make things easier.

+1 to make it a real blockade. No one passes, UIT/neutrals/3PoS should take the long way thru Deneb, or be shot...

But also make them Hail ships incoming from gray, warn about blockade, and give them a few seconds chance to go back into gray, while ships coming from nation into gray are hailed and attacked immediatly.

-This is a war blockade from $NATION. You have $X seconds to return or face destruction.

Uh, okay, fine how are Itani supposed to take it down if they're all stuck in Jallik? Christ, we don't stand a fighting chance due to the fact that we die before you can even control your ship, let alone bomb the thing to death!

If the sector is uninitialized due to inactivity, then the blockade actually starts about 5km away from the WH and has to move into position. Once the sector has become active, other players can fly distraction while you jump through.

This ain't rocket science. Okay, so maybe it is, but it's easy rocket science. Ever play missile defender? It's easy to kill the missiles when they come one at a time. The more incoming missiles at once, the harder it is to stop them all. Eventually you get overwhelmed.
