lift cappie replacement time limit for freebie week
While we have all our lapsed vets checking in on vo during Christmas Freebie week, wouldn't it be nice to let the few cappie pilots we have thus far irresponsibly and repeatedly throw their hard-won ships into no-win scenarios for the fun and entertainment of all? Might get a few re-subs out of it...
