Change the mission description for Border Skirmishes which have players active on the opposing team's mission. This will make it easier for players to find PvP and not be "just fighting bots" all the time.

Say something like "We're up against heavy (Serco|Itani) opposition in this battle and all available pilots are requested to reinforce!"

Perhaps not exactly that message but some way of knowing players are in the mission is a good idea
