I don't know how many mentor points ARF_01 has that are still *pending* a rating, but it's definitely more than enough to get my next badge....

Maybe a popup at the next station dock so some poor newbie doesn't get ganked by collector bots when they hit combat lvl 3 and suddenly their mouse doesn't move their ship because of a popup dialog?
