<title>s of the discussions pages
All pages on the forum have only one <title>: "Vendetta Online - Forums".
I do not know how else to track new responses to my threads than adding the pages to my Bookmarks and then reloading them.
So it would be great if the pages would contain the discussion title to make it more clear what the discussions are about.
Thanks.

instead, YOU edit your bookmarks and rename it at will. Every browser allows that, even small / smartphone versions!

+1. When browsing the forum with multiple tabs, all my tabs just say "Vendetta Online - Forums", so finding the correct tab can be a pain (e.g. when cross referencing multiple threads). Put the thread title in front, and have the "Vendetta Online" bit after - that way the important information is first, so people can still distinguish tabs even when they are skinny and clip off most of the title.
And yes Alloh, people can rename bookmarks. So what? They shouldn't have to do that. By your logic we might as well just have every website on the net use "Untitled" as its title.

Websites are not internal forum pages...
Before implement this, priority should be fix open tags in forum, improve it, allow upload images, improve search system or use google search, improve font size handling, tracking options...

+1 to OP. The post has a title, why not make the page title include this?
Tonda... it is a PITA, until its fixed or rather if it's fixed there is a thread here...

...which is a partial list of threads by poster. Very convenient thing to have, makes finding things you or others posted quite a bit easier. It is far from complete as I am pretty busy, so I don't have the time to constantly update it. However, feel free to make a post including your threads or if you feel like it... you can steal some of the tedium from me and document the posts of others.
Anyway, hope this helps you a bit.

Personally I wish the devs just used a standard forum like V bulletin and save their development time for the game...
Eh, it would be faster for them to spend a day or so improving the forum than to have to set up a new forum, migrate the database from the current one, become familiar with administrating it, and theme it to be nice and VO-ish.
Primary missing features that would be worth adding: search by username, fix titles ala op, optional email notification on thread reply, ability to edit the name of a thread, and fix the unclosed tag bug.
No real need for PM support, though I could see how that might be nice.
Attachments would be nice, but are not necessary. We have voupr.com for plugin uploads, and there are myriad image and file hosting services out there for those silly people who don't have their own webspace. There ought to be an attachment system in the support tickets though, for people to submit screenshots, errors.log, etc. That is unrelated to the forum, but once that is done, the functionality could be added into the forum easily enough if the devs wanted it.
And because I know somebody will bring it up, I might as well address polls: Those would make things worse. They are a tool wielded by attention whores and would-be-messiahs, who don't understand the concept of insufficient sample size. Also, polls discourage rather than encourage discussion, and have a tendency to set rigid options from the get-go rather than remaining flexible. They either restrict discussion, or quickly become irrelevant as the discussion ignores them.

a1k0n hates you now.
Anyway, the devs have not done any work on the forums since like they added bbcode style tags about 5 years ago. The new look was not done by the devs. Adding thread title to the <title> should be dead easy, and even really long thread titles wouldn't cause any problems, as even Internet explorer shortens titles that are too long to display.
Meh, why not?

Its not that this forum is bad - Its just that the off the shelf forums come with all the bells and whistles along with a butt load of user base to minimise the Devs time doing maintenance. As they say - Why keep reinventing the wheel?
