Return danger to Ion Storms
Nowadays the Ion Storms are no longer a danger. Not even to a newbie on a bus, neither for a convoy.
Why?
-They are shorter
-And are empty almost allways. The hive got smaller, or Levi Hunters became more active.
The major FREQUENT danger now is collision to a roid near exits. More a nuisance than a threat on most cases.
I propose a simple solution, at least to grayspace:
1) Add 2km in one axis to ENTRY point on storms
No problem if convoys disperse when entering storms, as long as they leave where I can leave too. So make it a little longer.
2) Add a permanent hive bot pack to every Ion Storm.
So, when the levi is defeated, the storms have less bots, less aggressive. But even when all Levis are killed, a few bots are allways present at storms. These does not replace the Hive bots, but complement it.
The "Storm Pack" should be composed of (1 Assault, 2 Transport, 12 Collectors) operating in "attack anyone I hate" mode around storm's exit. Similar to "fixed hive bots per sector", respawning frequently, but attached to storm's location.

The current situation is a "temporary" fix for the convoy exit bug.
