You want suggestions to make the game better?

Have the mechanism to get ideas built in.

Log messages to something like channel 7777 or /idea.

I have other suggestions but this isn't the thread for them.

We (players) pretty much just vote on ideas +1=good -1= bad. The Devs look them over and if they agree, they make a note to put it in game.

Hahaha, this would be great: a whole channel devoted to ill-considered, poorly written noob spam! Maybe we could require one of the Devs to spend at least an hour each day (maybe only 30 minutes on weekend days) reviewing the input to said channel.

I agree with the doctor: an in-game channel would have much to low of a barrier to entry, resulting in a very large amount of pure crap being posted. If an idea can't survive inside your head for the time it takes to window-ify VO, pull up a browser, and post it, it isn't worth posting.

Besides, the chat interface is very unconducive do writing long descriptive suggestions and providing quality feedback on other people's suggestions.

Would only create unnecessary mess.
There is too much suggestions anyway.

I would rather remove the in-game screens saying "have a suggestion ? come to the forums and share it" etc. They only make things worse because the devs don't have the time to implement a lot of suggestions anyway.
