Look for more devs?
I mean, who is really actively working on the patches that matter to the bulk of the users on vendetta (PC users)

Words fail me. There just are not enough adjectives to describe this properly.
I don't believe there have ever been more than 4 full-time Guild Software staff at once. They simply don't have the money and resources required to hire more people, although they would definitely love to.
They are focusing efforts on the Android/Xoom port right now because that's the best choice they can make right now as a company.
The Xoom T.V. ad was a Verizon thing and not paid for by Guild Software, I think.

Well I am sure there are more expenses than just how many staff they have. Honestly they are unique in that they have embraced a larger market equally. Mac, and Linux users are on a rise and you know what? Some of us like to game to! They have embraced all equally and we can all game together on the same servers with relatively the same game client. For now, I think we should all be happy that expenses are being covered and improvements are coming to our respective game clients in due time. Perhaps they are hiring, perhaps they are not. However it does not seem like they are overwhelmed with work and don't get updates out.
However that being said their primary point of concern is the Android client right now and bringing it to par with the Windows, Mac and Linux clients. This is what make Guild Software unique I think. All OSes big of small are on the same footing.

While clearly a drooling illiterate, this moronic noob of an OP is correct about one thing: GS is grossly understaffed in terms of executing VO in a timely and competent manner.

The 'Droid patches do benefit us all in that we will all benefit from the influx of new players and funds. Guild certainly did not / could not swing a national advertising campaign on their own.
Also, consider that with a small company like this, hiring one person means a 30% increase to payroll. Yes, they could then get 30% more work done, however that does not imply a matching 30% increase in income, especially right at first.
You can bet that they are far more aware of how much they need another employee than you are, and they will probably hire one as soon as they can safely afford to spend the time and money it would take to find one, train him, and pay him.

I would happily pay $3 more to bring some suggestions to the life, but maybe most of players would not agree with me.
Actually, I think most of the die hards would pay extra if it meant helping the game... but, it might put off newer players.
