This would be the middle child between the MkII and MkIII. Energy variable for balance. Thoughts?

We have enough neutron blasters. There are six variations on the weapon, and this just isn't different enough.

A Mk. II positron blaster with a velocity like that and other specs comparable to other positrons would make sense.

We already have 6 Neutron Blaster variants, which is plenty. We don't need more variations.

New positron seems ideal.

I'm going to add stats for a new positron, but real quick, is it actually possible to obtain more than one Valent Accelerator? If it isn't, could Valent start selling them? I mean they really aren't anything special and would give the UIT something comparable to the Neut MkIII, which they can't buy. Maybe continue to have the mission and you can only buy the Accelerator after the mission has been completed.

Neut3's are better than Valents by a little, so it makes sense.

Agreed. Too many Neutron Blasters as it is. The last thing we need is another. Now, a mk2 Charge Cannon or a Faction-specific Flechette Cannon on the other hand...

Or maybe overhaul the small-port missiles to be worth a damn? Pretty please?
