Can we have the gift wrapped cargo this Christmas?

Someone always asks this and the devs always respond with

"it's automated"

The client automatically does it between December 21st and 31st, I believe.

did it happen last year? i don't remember seeing them for a few years. (chances are i didn't sign on during that time frame :P )
