Buddies Default checked - NO
See subject. The default location should not be checked. It should be unchecked, until you modify it, period.

I disagree, vskye.
I think it should be unchecked as a default, but whatever.

Or... a setting to have them checked/unchecked by default?
Ah, but what would that one default to?
Lets make a new thread about it! :P
For legacy compatibility issues, the default should be as it was, showing location.
Add a top checkbox for default behaviour, which applies to new buddies. It comes checked by default, saves player prefs.
All covered.

Good idea Alloh, that would work.
-1 for feature creep.
The buddy system has been in the game for how long now? It used to always show location, the new feature didn't change the default behavior of it.
Besides, at the very worst you expose your current location to someone you consider a 'buddy', ONCE, before you un-check the box. How is this such a big problem?

Can we add a check box to show only certain buddies that we are online?
