I've always felt that with the importance of D-14 to PvP in VO's unofficial arena, B-8, it was under-stocked... meaning that certain things that are very useful to both PvPers and pirates are not available there. Some examples of things I'd like to see for sale at D-14 are:

EC-107
Gemini Missiles

I definitely agree about both of those items.

As as PVP'er and putative pirate, I can't say that EC-107s or Gemini Missiles rank very high in my priorities. There are other reasons why those two things would be desirable there, however, and I certainly cannot object to the general request.

Not that not having these things there has ever been a problem for me.

+1 to Pirate stations having both standard and black market stock available on occasion. It would be cool to look at the buy ship tab and occasionally be able to purchase a valk, for example.

Corvus is the pirate faction so should trade in pirated gear.

That said, I agree with Maal, I've never been left wanting at D-14, but feel free to offer more.

The reason I included EC-107 is that back in the day I used to use them reasonably often as pirating ships... they are fast and light... greyhound kinda takes up that slack though.

Geminis I mentioned just because they are the best missiles (besides swarms) imho, and my new alt is using them for lack of access to anything better...

Also, for newbies trying to PvP, Corvus is the best source (though if I'd levelled instead of built Corvus standing it'd not matter) so I want there to be a wider selection at the only Corvus station in Sedina... I understand (if I built Xang Xi standing and levelled) that most of what you need is available at one of the stations in Sedina, but I'd like more of it to be available from the "pirate" faction.

+1 to better sorted goods in D-14, as Hog2, Gems, ...

-1 to "specific" NEW goods there, as AAP, X-1, ...
+2 to "specific" USED/RFURBISHED goods there, as AAP, X-1, ... but only things that someone sold there, and it must have a dubious quality, like it will fail in ($RANDOM)time.

Make it clear in "Buy" tab, as
-100c WeaponX (new, regular item)
-66c Used WeaponX (no garantees, recovered item)

It is hijack... but too much related to ignore.

I don't think enough people would sell interesting things to D14 for it to be worth it. I'd rather just see random stuff show up from time to time, no restrictions (not even faction - could see a Tunguska Maud, for example, or Neut MkIII's that anybody could buy). They should all have different probabilities of appearing though.

Gauss MkIII and cargo scanners are the main things that I miss at D14, but I actually kind of like that. It gives me a reason to grab a moth and move things around, which is slightly unsafe. This game lacks danger, so that's a good thing.

I want the devs to do something very easy. Add a few items to the station. The rest of this is major changes and a thread hijack... Black Market/Used items need a new thread (though I guarantee there already is one).

Oh,selling things like X1s at corvus would just make life too simple. Make them manufacturable ...

With nation specific parts of course......

I actually support D14 not having geminis. Making them available at the station might mislead people into doing something silly, like using them.

X-1s are fast enough that flying them down to Sedina isn't that big of a hassle. I do it all the time with IDF valks.

Besides, there's 2 other stations in the system. Sometimes I wonder if some people ever fly anywhere other than back and forth between Sedina D-14 and B-8...

Of course we do. We're not going to let somebody escape being pirated just because they jump away from D14 or B8. And XX provides the spam rags when there are large objects in sedina that need help achieving their explosive destinies.

I don't see much utility in gems for PVP either. That said, a bit of extra inventory with inflated prices at D-14 seems reasonable. Gauss3 and neut3 at several (3? 5?) times the normal cost come to mind.

You don't see people using gems in PvP? Are you nuts?

We need to fight one day. You bring what you want, I'll use a rev c with gems and a neut. Then state whether or not you see 'utility' for them.
