After creating a new character and going through the trainings again I noticed that it only touches on how to use the (somewhat complex) chat system a little bit.

My suggestion is to add a bit more in-depth chat practice to the training. Especially regarding how to use /msg and grouping. This might be as simple as having new players group up and chat with an NPC like the Marshal in capitol station sectors.

This would beat the hell out of...

/msg "new guy" blah blah blah, press tab to reply
/msg "new guy" press t first
/msg "new guy" you have to type my name in quotes

/msg "new guy" press g to talk to the group

etc... etc...

Personally, I think the command prompt should be a actual requirement for computer users. Heh, call me old fashion I guess.
